This policy explains what information the RIEKI website collects today, why, and how you can control it. RIEKI is in an early, pre-launch phase — this is a living document that will be expanded and formally reviewed once RIEKI's operating entity and jurisdiction are confirmed.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the public RIEKI website and the early-access form. It does not yet cover a released desktop application, trading account connections, or broker integrations — those are not publicly available yet, and this policy will be extended before they are.
Information you provide
If you submit the early-access form, we collect the name and email address you enter and whether you agreed to be contacted. We use this only to follow up about early access to RIEKI and do not sell it or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Anonymous product analytics
We record anonymous, first-party usage events — such as which sections of the page you view or which buttons you interact with — to understand how the site is used. These events are not linked to your name, email, or any cookie or persistent identifier; we cannot tell two anonymous visits apart.
Third-party analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity)
These tools are not active today. If they are enabled in the future, they will load only after you explicitly grant analytics consent through the cookie banner — never by default, and never merely because they are configured. You can withdraw consent at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer.

See our Cookie Policy for the full list. In short: we set one functional cookie to remember your language preference, which is not used for tracking. No analytics or advertising cookie is set until you consent.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent. Contact details for these requests are below.
Data retention
We keep early-access submissions for as long as needed to follow up with you, or until you ask us to delete them.
Changes to this policy
We will update the effective date and version above whenever this policy changes, and post the update here.
